1. Who is responsible

Vale Motors, S.A. ("Vale Motors") is the controller of the personal data collected on www.vale-motors.com. We run two workshops in Panama City: Cardenas Center (Av. Omar Torrijos Herrera, Unit C12) and Delta de Albrook. Contact: team@vale-motors.com · +507 6431 0419.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us when you book an appointment, request a quote or contact us: name, telephone number, email address, vehicle make, model and year, and the service requested. We also collect technical browsing data through cookies: pages visited, device type and where the visit came from.

3. How we use it

To manage your appointments and services, send you quotes and updates about your vehicle, reply to your enquiries by email, telephone or WhatsApp, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the website and our advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers we need in order to operate: Wix (website hosting and bookings), Google (analytics, advertising and reviews), Meta (advertising and Facebook pixel), WhatsApp, PayPal and Yappy (payments), and with authorities where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside Panama.

5. Cookies

We use first-party and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising. You can accept or reject them in the site's cookie banner and delete them in your browser.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer and for the period the law requires for tax and accounting records.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by emailing team@vale-motors.com. We will reply within the time limits set by Panama's Law 81 of 2019.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, although no internet transmission is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is the one published on this page.
